• Store and retrieve grooves, profile data, public links, and group workflows.
• Measure performance and improve stability and product quality.

3. Public Content and Sharing

Grooves marked as public can be viewed by anyone with the URL. Private grooves are visible only to your account and users/groups you explicitly share with.

4. Processors and Third Parties

• Authentication providers: Google, Apple, and Facebook.
• Infrastructure/database providers used to host and persist your data.
• Email provider for account verification, resets, and service notifications.
• Analytics provider for product usage measurement.

5. Retention

We retain your account and groove data while your account is active. We may retain limited records longer where needed for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.

6. Your Rights and Controls

• Delete grooves from your profile at any time.
• Switch each groove between public and private visibility.
• Request deletion via the Data Deletion page.
