You may use GrooveSketcher to create, edit, and share drum notation content. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for protecting your authentication credentials.

2. Acceptable Use

• No illegal, abusive, infringing, or malicious activity.
• No attempts to disrupt, reverse engineer, or compromise the platform.
• No unauthorized access to other users' data.

3. User Content and License

You retain ownership of grooves you create. By using the service, you grant us the rights needed to host, process, and display your content for core functionality, security, and support operations.

4. Public Links and Group Sharing

Public grooves can be viewed by anyone with the link. Group-shared grooves are visible to members of those groups. You are responsible for what you publish and share.

5. Availability and Changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may also suspend or terminate access for behavior that violates these terms or creates legal/security risk for the platform or users.

6. Disclaimers and Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law in the operator's jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law in your country requires otherwise.
